Everything you need to make your switch quick and easy is here. By completing this series of forms, the Switch Kit provides all the documentation that is needed to complete the process. Here's how to get started

STEP 1 - Become an ECU Credit Union Member

You first need to open your membership account and any other desired accounts before proceeding. To do this, please click here or contact us at 800.382.2400 so that we can mail you an application.
If you are already a member, click here to proceed to the Switch Kit or to add additional accounts click here.

STEP 2 - Combine a list of the following items.

A list of your previous accounts you wish to close at other financial institutions.
A list of any direct deposits.
A list of any electronic payments, bill pay payments, and/or debit card payments

Already a Member?

Add Additional Accounts - If you already have a share account/savings open and wish to open one of our other accounts including a share draft/checking account. The account change form is a series of pages which will allow you to alter your account information.

Online Banking Enrollment - The link will allow you to enroll for Home Banking. To use this feature you must be a current EZ Access user and have your pin number available.

Virtual Branch Enrollment - This link will take you to a form that will guide a current ECU Credit Union member through the process of opening or modifying an online banking account through ECU's Virtual Branch.

Direct Deposit Forms - The payroll deduction / direct deposit form will allow you to add, change, or delete the service all together or even change the amounts which are deposited to each area.

EZ Access - This will guide a current ECU Credit Union member through the process of requesting EZ Access our telephone banking service.

To order Checks - This will guide a current or new ECU Credit Union member with a share draft / checking account to complete an order form for checks.
